Here is to a home team clean sweep tonight in the MVC and things look tight and wide open again. We deserve a 73 61 win tonight. Go get it. We are way passed due to have shots start falling. Brown heated up down the stretch vs SIU hopefully some carry over there. I like what Lundy has been giving. DLO seems banged up he needs to finish at the rim. We need a w tonight. Go Braves.

Josh Jefferson, for ISU, out with a broken collarbone.

The refs let Yarborough get away with everything when he has the ball in his hands.

Pretty impressive what can happen when we are actually able to shoot the ball, nice job of fending off the ISU comeback in the second half. Great game by Luuk and Lundy, lets keep this thing going.

Nice complete game win for the Braves. They had no long scoring droughts, though things did get interesting in the 2nd half when the lead shrunk from 22 down to 4, but then the shots started falling again, and Bradley coasts to an 85-68 win. The 85 points is easily the most points Bradley has scored in any MVC game (they were averaging 55 and the most they had scored was 64 at Missouri State), and second only to the 86 they scored against Chicago State. That is a sign of the offense coming to life, but also a sign of how bad ISU's defense is.

Terrific game by Luuk van Bree with a career-high 21 points, plus 7 rebounds. Elijah Childs had 8 points and 11 rebounds and nice defense. And Darrell Brown had 20 points and 5-7 from three including a couple late in the game that were daggers. Luqman Lundy with a nice game- 11 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists. Nate Kennell had 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists; DLO with 7 rebounds; and Ja'Shon Henry with 6 points in just 5 minutes.
Bradley shot 54.7% (31-54) overall, and 58.8% from three (10-17). Bradley had 40 points in the paint, while ISU had just 18. And BU outrebounded ISU 40-29!

And, maybe this butt whipping will stop the juvenile ISU trolls from continuing to try to slither back onto the BradleyFans board and act like they own the MVC.

Nice game, good crowd. Good prep, effort, and execution. Several nice back door cuts I haven’t seen this year, and it looks like Wardle is finding a new approach to the offense and personnel. Big thank you to all the ISU fans who came out. Muller looked a bit agitated with the refs on some pretty routine calls. Could Bradley put on a little streak here and make the season relevant again?
                    Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

exceptional game - the most fun I have had all season -
maybe this will jump start the offense...

Muller's got so many players injured - and despite the uproar from the ISU fans - it is an undeniable fact that almost all of them were playing injured when they got re-injured....
and again tonight - when Fayne sprained his ankle- they sent him right back in
Fayne went out at 17.59 with his ankle injury - he came back in at 15:19 - and for the rest of the game he made only one basket (a tip-in) and committed 3 fouls & fouled out..
He hit a few FT's but he was clearly way, way less effective playing injured after he went out with the ankle.

Chastain was supposed to step up but he played 21 minutes, didn't hit a thing, was scoreless and only 3 rebs. Copeland was 2-11, former starter Tinsley was 1-5...
Nobody except Fayne, Evans or Yarbrough caused any harm at all. They have 3 guys who take 2/3 of their shots - teams that focus on defending them well will have success.
They are now 11-9 and we are 10-10, and whoever gets hot, stays healthy, and gets a few breaks will win the MVC Tournament.

Official attendance was 7,122, easily the best crowd of the season.

Was this the team that we thought we had all year? This was fun tonight. What I found interesting was the players that didn't see the floor. LL is a leader on the floor and will shoot when necessary and makes the whole team better. I liked tonight's rotation, they all played hard and gave their all on the floor.

I don’t know about you guys but I’m pumped! I love the lineup change. I love that Luuk Van Bree is coming out! I love that Elijah Childs is re-establishing himself as inside force in the MVC. I love that we have won 2 in a row!! I’m ready to see a streak!! I am concerned with losing these big leads, though. Luckily we are finally finding ways to win. It’s all about body language and handling adversity. Tonight and Sunday we handled it! Building blocks, men! I love it!!

Great game to watch and I know I wasn't the only one who was thinking we might blow this one after running to a 22-pt lead.
                                Very fun game!

Very happy for LVB - kid has been a great rep for BU hoops - too bad he hasn't played a lot the last 2 seasons for whatever reason.

D-Brown is just so good. Moving his way to the Top 6 or 7 All-time in Bradley hoops history!

I loved the contributions (albeit small) that the frosh made. I hope they see more floor time. I can see their potential for 1st time this year!

                                Go BRAVES!!!
