NWC-MVC Challenge

Thanks to Drake's win Tuesday night over Boise State, and SIU's win over Colorado State, plus wins Wednesday night by Evansville over Wyoming, Indiana State over San Jose State, and Valparaiso over UNLV, the MVC now has a 5-3 lead over the MWC in the MWC-MVC Challenge. There are 2 more tough games Saturday- San Diego State at ISU and New Mexico at Bradley.
But the MVC currently has a 5-3 lead, and is assured of no worse than a tie in the 2018 Challenge.

wow- that Valpo game is weird...
Valpo played poorly - they shot only 37% and only 28% from the arc and they committed 17 turnovers and got outrebounded as well...
It's amazing they won the game but it was largely because UNLV committed a whopping 25 turnovers, and also shot poorly.
Must have been an ugly game to watch...
