Elijah Childs is the MVC Player of the Week (Nov. 26)

Elijah Childs had 3 great games last week as Bradley went 3-0. He averaged 17.0 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.0 blocks, while shooting 62.9 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from 3-point range.
Elijah was named the Cancun Challenge MVP where he averaged 19.5 points and 7.5 boards in wins against SMU and Penn State as he helped lead Bradley to the Cancun Challenge Championship.

What excites me about all this is that Elijah is only a Sophomore, JaShon who I think will develop into a fantastic player is only a Freshman and Ari who I think will develop into a great center is also only a Freshman. That promises a great future for Bradley

Not only is Elijah a very good player with a lot of upside, he is a very nice young man! I met him at Itoo Hall.
