Rumored going from Boston to Minnesota are Sebastian Telfair, Al Jefferson, Gerald Green, and Theo Ratliff.
The T-Wolves will also get a draft pick and some cash to balance the trade.

I read where Golden State was trying hard to package several players, including Patrick, and trade for Garnett, so Patrick could have ended in Minnesota, somewhat of a natural place for him.
Now Golden State will try somehow to rid themselves of him, as they will run out of options soon and won't be able to keep sending him to the NBDL.
