And that Sily-Billy, is why Mid Majors DESERVE to be in the tournament!
Wake up Silly-Billy the gap between "Majors" and "Mid Majors" is extremely narrow and tightening all the time!

Yeah, who would have thought anyone would ever hear George Mason, and Final Four in the same sentence?!

Great to see them make it, and represent "mid-major" nation so well! I hope they win it all, and really make the critics eat crow!

And to think Digger said that the winner of the WSU-GMU would not be playing beyond today! These people JUST DON'T GET IT!

Maybe after today though, they will.

I hate that I had to work during this game.

Along with BU, GMU was another school that I had applied to.

What are George Mason's chances of winning the championship? They will play the Villanova/Florida winner (going on right now), and the winner of that game plays the UCLA/LSU winner

I say each team has an even chance of winning the championship. They all play very well for an full 40 minutes. An upper-hand might go to Villanova, as they are a #1-seed.

Throw the seeding system out the window. GMU has just as good a chance as anyone else. Villanova is the only #1 left and are down by 5 at the 1/2 with no inside game. Unless they start hitting from deep Florida will get them in foul trouble by feeding their big men and take over the game around the 8-10 minute mark.

Look for Joakim Noah to start getting talk of lottery pick this season.
7pt, 9 reb, 3 blk in the first half.
He had 15 pt, 10 rebs, 5 blk on Fri.

Now with 15 min. left to go,
                Noah having a great game,
                7 pt, 11 rebs, 4 blk.

Villanova has to guard Noah and Horford is going crazy as well with 12 pts, 8 rebs.

Villanova is the final #1 seed still left, and if they go down it will be very first time in 26 years that a Final Four didn't include at least ONE #1 seed!!

                Billy Packer---Take THAT!!

Have they rested him yet? He has tons of energy. He'll have to beef up at least another 20-30 lbs. for the NBA. He'll be going in as a PF and right now he would take a beating with the rigors of the NBA.

Joakim Noah now has 21 points, 15 rebounds, 5 blocks, and tremendous inside defense despite only getting 2 fouls.

Joakim Noah is pegged on some NBA Mock drafts right where Patrick O'bryant was a couple weeks ago.
Noah is at #11 in the 2007 draft, but after this weekend, I suspect he'll move onto the 2006 board and be a lottery pick.

I notice just this morning, a couple of the mock draft sites suddenly have Joakim Noah on them for 2006 in the lottery.
                      His stock has skyrocketed.
                      Nice prediction.
