St. Louis U offers another 2008 2-guard

Rick Majerus is not sitting back and waiting on Matt Roth. He has offered a scholarship to Femi John, a 2008 shooting guard from McCluer North high school near St. Louis. McCluer North won the Missouri State championship in the largest class this year. John has 2 class of 2008 teammates who have committed to SIU (Torres Roundtree, and Anthony Booker).
John now has four scholarship offers ???‚¬??? SLU, Missouri State, Northern Iowa and Southeast Missouri State, and contnues to hear from Purdue, Missouri and Wichita State. He averaged 15.3 points per game and made 28.4 percent of his 3-point attempts.
Scout only lists him as a 1-star recruit, but that should change now that he has an offer from SLU.

FWIW, Femi no longer has a scholy offer from UNI. UNI's last scholy was taken by John Moran. Plus, I think that offer was extended months ago, rather than recent. I don't think there had been much mutual interest in a long time b/t John and UNI...and UNI and John.
