It has already been reported that Dodie Dunson has left Iowa State. Bradley recruited Dodie out of Bloomington High School, he signed with illinois State, refused to honor his LOI, failed to qualify, went to prep school, then landed at Iowa State where he played his freshman season there for Greg McDermott.
He has enrolled at junior college Vincennes University.

For whatever reason, Moser's relationship with the B-N HS coaches was not good. From what I understand, Jank is working very hard to mend those fences and make ISU attractive to the players from B-N (like Riggs perhaps). I would speculate that an olive branch to Dunson could be part of that.

I have to admit though, that I was very surpised when I read that Saturday.

the assistant coach references for his dad are/were a total joke. The Dunsons Sr. and Jr. couldn't stand Moser and that's why the joke about assistant coaching. only a joke. Jank knows what he is doing and that's the only opinion I can give.

If you read the thread there as about as many against this as there are for it. I will take the high road in this as Jank has done nothing but earn my trust. In my mind he hasn't made a bad decision yet so I will leave it at that.

Dunson will have another D-I teammate as ex-Eastern Michigan Univ. player Devon Dumes has also now transferred to Vincennes.

Vincennes also landed Aaron Pogue, one of the top class of 2007 high school big men in the country. Unforunately, he was involved in a shooting. He is apparently recovering OK.

We saw last year that ICC loaded up with transfers from D-I and other junior colleges, and even picked up a couple other D-I caliber kids like Baptist, Ping, Mardis.
Then they still couldn't win their regional even with at least 5 kids who'll be D-I recruits.
