You need a top-25 recruiting classes evaluation to rival Gibbons and Coleman. Where is it? Did they rate BU about right?

Or even just a ranking of the Illinois DI programs' recruiting classes. According to the 2 biggest national pundits, BU would rank at the top of Illinois schools.

I thought some of the "experts" really like DePaul's class, #9 by Coleman I think. I wish they would still play us.

I would make a list, but i just havent seen enough kids nationally to make a list like that.
Off the top of my head, it would probably look like this...
        1) Depaul
        2) Illinois
        3) SIU
        4) Bradley
        5) Northwestern
        6) UIC
        7) Western Ill
        8 ) Loyola
        9) Il Wesleyan
        10) Northern Ill

You do have a point that Illinois Wesleyan has a decent recruiting class, and may rival the talent of several of the D-I programs in the state, such as NIU, WIU, EIU, Chicago State.

            Daniel,
Was ISU an oversight, or not in the top 10?

              Actually, you are correct there.

I can't say I agree with your list Daniel. BU has better perimeter players coming in than Illinois does, and outside of Fay, I am not sure SIU's class is better than BU's either. Nonetheless, that's what these discussions are for!

I picked SIU over the Braves because they got two kids that were high major talents for sure in Bocot and Fay. Both kids could be all-MVC down the road.
You cant say that Bradleys perimeter players are better then Illinois in this class. Illinois has 2 rivals 150 players!!!

Are you sure Bocot is going to be at SIU in the fall?
I am hearing some interesting things.

OK, but doesn't BU have about 5 high-major recruitis coming in? You said a while back you thought this was a top-25 class for sure. Not Gibbons and Coleman are saying that while you seem to be backing off. Any thoughts?

I have seen Maniscalco play a bunch, but other then that i havent seen any of the 07 bradley class play.
Ive heard great things about Egolf, Thompson, and the others, but like i said before i havent seen enough national players to have much of an opinion on this class.
