From Kirk Wessler's column- These are the words every Bradley fans can't hear enough times-
But in a quiet anteroom, during a few moments when no cameras and microphones were in his face, and he was not surrounded by the mob of reporters that seemed to follow him everywhere these last two weeks, O'Bryant said, "I don't have any intentions of leaving."
Mike--just curious, but in KW's column he supposes to know what Patrick O'Bryant is thinking and what he is going to do.
He titles the article, "BU big man likely to stay on campus"
But he never really quotes Patrick as saying anything except near the end of the column in the 16th paragraph, and it sounds like maybe he never actually heard Patrick say the words he quotes.
He says BU fans:
"would like nothing more than to hear two words from the mouth of their 7-foot sophomore:
"I'm staying."
And he admits O'Bryant:
"has been very careful to deflect questions about his future with the same, basic one-liners. He hasn't really given any thought to the NBA, because he was focused on helping Bradley win, he said."
So did KW or did he not actually hear Patrick say those words:
"I don't have any intentions of leaving."

To be fair, columnists and reporters don't write their own headlines. That's the job of the copy editor.
I expect O'Bryant to return when all is said and done, but you just can't tell at this point....
BRADLEY BASKETBALL
-2 NCAA Title Games
-3 NCAA Elite Eights
-4 NCAA Sweet 16s
-4 NIT Championships
For some reason KW feels that he will be back...as do I! But what that reason is I'm really not sure! Maybe he went with his body langauge or maybe even PO'B came out and said he would like to come back! I know I like this article a lot better than one coming out saying...........(he going to the nba!) I'm sure you would agree!
