Marcellus Sommerville in French Pro A League semifinals

Marcellus Sommerville was signed to a contract by Chalon-Saone of the French Pro A League for their playoffs. He helped lead his team to a win in the quarterfinal series against Lemans. Today they began the semifinal series against Roane.
Cellus had a very good game. He scored 14 points and had 5 rebounds in just 17 minutes of play. But his team lost the first game of the series 76-66. Game 2 is Thursday.

Chalone-Saone lost in their French Pro A League semifinal series today. They lost 2 games to 1 to Roanne. Roanne will play Nancy in the Finals.
Cellus continued his great play for Chalone Saone. He was signed right before the playoffs, and after Cellus' other team's season ended. Cellus was the top scorer and rebounder (17.1/6.4) for his B-League team, Angers BC 49. He was also their top 3-point shooter (39%).
He was signed for backup help by Chalone-Saone, but became one of their top players in the quarter finals and semi finals. Today he scored 12 points and had 6 rebounds in 20 minutes. He shot 42% from 3-point in the 6 playoff games.
Cellus will now be heading home, but I have to think he will be in demand next year with his great season.
