The board is loading slowly again. If you try to post a message or send a PM, you may experience a long churning hourglass before the screen changes.
The chances are good that the message actually was sent OK, and that the delay is in closing your screen. Before re-sending the message, open another screen and check the board, or if it was a PM, click on the Outbox button and see if the message is there, or if has been opened by the recipient, it will be in the Sentbox. If the message is there, it went through OK.
