Student Section
Applause to you who are trying to do something special to grow and stimulate the "missing" student section! I'm Class of '71 and have been a season ticket holder/booster since graduation and have obviously seen a steady decline in student support over those years (save a peak here and there). Even last year student support was spotty at best so I again applaud you who are trying to get something going! I'm certainly no Illini fan but what great support the 'orange crush' give their school and team! Wouldn't it be great to showcase that kind of student support all year long and especially when MSU and ISU (Iowa) come to Bradley! I don't think you need a name, I think you need to be there night in and night out and just go non-stop nuts for 40 minutes!
Oh, and two more observations - 1) do students understand that when the 'Bradley Fight Song' is played they're supposed to stand up?; and 2) I sit across from the student section and am getting tired of seeing a bunch of 'stayed' Caterpillar people sitting in the 'student section' - that's nice for revenue and beer sales but not for noise or spirit! Fill it up - even on holidays!Comment

which leads us right to a new mascot, the Kool Aide Guy...oooohhhhhhh yeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhCOMMIT TO THE INDIAN!!! - denis savard on his blackhawks, but we should adapt this as a bradley slogan.Comment
