Today there's a nice long report on Iman Shumpert on one of the premium recruiting sites, and although Shumpert is getting lots of really good looks and offers from the big boys, and Illinois is on him hard as their #1 2008 recruiting target, here is what Iman Shumpert himself says about his choices:
"One thing about Iman is that he's a loyal kid. He knows which schools have been on him the longest. Illinois has definitely been on him hard. Bradley was on him first and he definitely has some sentiment to Bradley."
Shumpert has done so well in the first few AAU events, that many experts are beginning to rate him as a Top-50 player nationally, and yet he still has this kind of comment towards Bradley!
I am impressed, and I think it means the BU coaching staff is getting it done!
