I haven't heard from the web service what the problem was, but it's nice to be back. Despite the error message you might have gotted "Account Suspended", you do not need to send us any money! We are actually paid up in full!
That was the 2nd longest outage we have had-- a little over 2 hours. The only worse one was March 17, 2006. I remember the date because it occurred the day of the Bradley win against Kansas in the first round NCAA game in Auburn Hills, Michigan. That outage lasted several hours.
Unfortunately, these kind of things usually occur when traffic is at extremely high levels. That means something big is happening, and fans can't get online to talk about it. We'll check to see if we can make any changes in the web sevice to keep outages from happening again. Thanks for everyone's patience.
