The power forward that was the #1 recruiting target for Nevada committed tonight to Oklahoma State.
Anthony Brown, a 6'8", 205 pound sophomore forward at Carl Albert junior college in Poteau, Oklahoma, originally from Brooklyn, NY, averaged 21.4 ppg and 7.5 rebounds and shot 56% from the floor.

The significance I see with this is that Nevada's other power forward recruit is Wade Knapp. After losing out on Brown, they will probably turn up the effort to land Knapp.
Knapp is considering Bradley, Nevada, and Missouri State, and will visit Missouri State this coming Wednesday-Thursday.
