  • Ohio St NCAA violations tossed

For 'missing the submittal deadline'. I wonder if they've ever missed one for BU?

The NCAA reversed itself Friday and threw out three violations and part of a fourth that occurred under former Ohio State men's basketball coach Jim O'Brien.

Oh, come now.You know every Valley school/midmajor has those forms on file in the NCAA enforcement staff office.

What'll be cool is next time a BU player breathes wrong, they'll have the papers filed before the offense even happens!

My favorite part is that O'Brien seems to believe this vindicates him, despite the fact this doesn't change the findings or what happened.

Is he that shameless or that clueless?

        This line is funny....

Coming from O'Brien..."his payment to Radojevic was a minor violation, if a violation at all, because Radojevic was subsequently found to be a professional"

So then the money to Patrick O'Bryant is now considered no real violation, because POB was subsequently a professional!
