I hear Porter Moser is currently unemployed.
Dinma Odiakosa 6'8 255......The Nigerian Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 37 points and 27 boards in 2 wins over Bradley. "Will Egolf is 6'9 and he had 4 rebounds. That's not good enough and he's not good enough"....Dick Versace 2/9/10

This is shaping up to be an interesting 2007-08 season ... At least half the coaches in the conference will be new to Valley headcoaching.

Wow...I can't believe it! The last time Arkansas had a former Valley coach, they won the national championship. Good luck Dana, and thanks for helping put the MVC back on the map.

Well he did play at Creighton.

In all seriousness though, I'm surprised he left.

Porter came from Arkansas Little Rock didn't he? Maybe he could be a top assistant?

Maybe Kevin McKenna took the Indiana State job too soon. I hear he was assured Dana was not taking the Iowa job, so McKenna thought this was a good move. He would have likely been the top candidate for the Creighton job.

As we might expect, the loyal Creighton fans are sick about this--

The deal is reported to be worth $1.5 million per season--

It is rumored that he will be able to take all his assistants with him. That probably allows for one of them to take the Creighton job if it's offered. This will be interesting to see what Creighton does. They have a great recruiting class coming in and more good recruits for 2008
