  • Creighton board reporting Dana Altman offered Iowa job

There is nothing official yet, but supposedly Dana Altman has been offered $1.3 million per year for 5 years to take over the Iowa job from recently resigned Steve Alford.

Well, here's to hoping he sticks around. The lack of coach longevity seems like one obstacle for the MVC being respected.

      Agreed.

      I understand what you mean.

I wonder what the 'springboard' looks like in other conferences compared to the MVC.

ON the Iowa City newspaper site, they ask fans who they want... after about 8,500 votes- the top vote-getters are:

          Bruce Pearl(already said no) 25%
"Other" - University of Anywhere 23%
          Rick Majerus - 23%
          Chris Lowery- 9%
          Dana Altman - 7%
???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???
