When it comes to DeAaron Williams, you should be be very concerned, if not worried!
Time to put the full court press on Demetrius Young, but I'm sure the coaching staff is one step ahead of me....
If Demetrius Young, who was recruited and signed to Marshall, asks for and gets a release from his LOI, he will indeed be hotly pursued.
He is one of the top juco players in the nation and comes from a top program in my slightly biased opinion.
We would be very fortunate to be in Young's top 5-10 choices, after the season he had where he averaged about 20ppg and 10-11 rebounds.
OK......first let me say this....since being directed to this message board a few months ago, this is the first time I've followed the recruiting process and have taken the time to know something about the guys we have coming in.
As far as DB and DW, I'm sure JL and staff keep tabs on their recruits' grades. Therefore, I will put my trust in the coaching staff that they indeed have a plan. Being an '89 Limestone grad, I've been looking forward to seeing DW play with a Bradley uniform on and I certainly hope he makes the grades.
Worried???
That didn't even cross my mind.....guess I'm too busy looking forward to the Red/White scrimmage!

I'm neither concerned nor worried about DW because I've concluded at this point that he won't be here next year. If he makes it to BU, that will be a bonus.

Kinda like a Cub fan with the Wood and Prior situation.

As I stated above, I'm sure the staff keeps tabs on the grades of their recruits and should have a decent idea at this point if DW will suit up or not. THAT is why I'm not worried about next year. Would I like to see him play for the Braves...of course, but I don't think DW will make or break the 2007-08 season. We're in pretty bad shape if it comes down to that.
???People say, ???Forget last year', but I want our guys to remember that one, because that will not happen again. We will be much better.??? Geno Ford, 9/22/12

LOL.....Cardinals fan here, but I'm looking forward to seeing Wood and Prior play in Peoria again this season!

Other than the juco transfers, I haven't heard anything about any transfers from other 4-year schools. Anyone else?
Jeremy Fears transferred from Ohio University last spring and will be eligible in 2007-2008, but that's the only one I am aware of. Usually we start hearing about players transferring now, after the season and near the end of the school year.
