Of course SIU is playing a much more experienced Kansas team than we did last year (not taking anything away from Bradley's accomplishments though). But you can also argue that SIU is even better than Bradley was last year, so I think there is a good chance that SIU can knock them off with some luck on their side. It should be a good game at the very least.

I think we had some more talented players, but SIU handled us pretty easily in the Valley tournament last year with essentially the same team they have this year.

I think we did have a better team last year.

We lost over there by 12. We beat them at home by 12. But we lost in the Conference Tourney Championship when Ruffin had the flu and OB got dang near TKO'd by Young.

Then... let's see. We beat 5 seed Pitt to advance to the Sweet 16 while SIU lost 1st round to 6 seed WVU. Pitt won vs WVU at home by 4. Pitt lost at WVU by 5. Pitt beat WVU in the BigBeast Trny by 11.

And listen up DublR 1... you wanna mess with me again, then Phyneous J Whoopie is gonna get it!

we may have not been better head to head. but we matched up much better with the top schools than i think siu does. especially without matt shaw most likely. that being said, i hope they win
