Just for the record, I don't agree.
Yes, Roy Williams did a great job.
But what is harder? Williams takes a team loaded with talent and McDonald's All Americans. His entire team will be playing in the NBA in the next couple years.
Or, coaches like Mark Few, who take a bunch of kids that were not recruited by any other high major schools, and turn them into a team that has a better record than North Carolina (Gonzaga 29-3, UNC 23-, is ranked higher (Gonzaga #4, UNC #12), and is still playing in the Sweet 16, while UNC sits home. And he will have 1 NBA player, probably no more.
And I could name a few other coaches I think did a better job, including Jay Wright of Villanova, Thad Matta of Ohio State, and others.
