I also hate people whining about people standing... I wanna stand! I try to be polite, but before the media timeout, and when the game gets crazy... I'm gonna get up.

haha, yeah, that's why the student section is so much fun. It was hilarious because some old guy, his wife, and his daughter tried to come sit down in the second row of the student section because that section was assigned, and we all basically told them first come first serve...and gave them a hard enough time that they didn't come back, which I felt kinda bad about.

However, any smart person should know better than to buy tickets in one of the best parts of the student section, show up 15 minutes before the game and expect to sit there.

During one of the games over christmas break the same thing happened, except it was like 10 school kids and their coach. They got security, kicked some people out, and then stood for the rest of game watching the backs of the rest of the student section in front of them!

That was Math Proffessor Dr. Szieto, and his daughters, but I don't understand what happened, did he buy them student tix?

That's it, I'm taking a few classes next year, just so I can sit, I mean stand in the student section. Just a light coursework, something like basket weaving.

I'm not sure, I didn't know him, but he was wanting second row student section seats, apparently he bought them and he had the right tickets, it's just that those seat are gone to students as soon as the doors open whether they were assigned or not.
