This is the first year I've used this. Thoughts from previous users on how they liked it?
There's a link to play some past highlights, but mine haven't been working. I have my pop-up blocker turned off, so I don't think that's it. Has anyone else tried this or having problems?

Which site are you trying this from? I utilized ESPNs championship week at work once this past sunday for the NC/NC state game and some past highlights and it worked fine. Havn't signed up for there March Madness tourney program yet though.
