I didn't catch the beginning of it, but Jim did a lot of talking, explaining all of the reasons why we deserve to be in the field.
He very eloquently explained how there's a complete double standard with conferences in college basketball. We have one of the top 5 conferences in the country and nobody gets less than four bids - but the argument that "conferences don't get bids" get thrown at us ... but then if big conferences claim they deserve 7-9 teams in the Dance, it's because of their "conference strength."
He also noted that he realized a lot of at-large bids were lost yesterday, so the chances are getting a lot slimmer.
Jim sure does his homework and it's great that he's getting on the radio at this time of the season, even if our chances of getting in are so incredibly slim.
