    I never thought he was a DI player. Toooooooo slow footed with no verticle jump, etc. He did well in the JUCO ranks because normally he was guarded by smaller players. Does anyone remember the kid from Farmington that was a JUCO All-American at Spoon River College about 6-7 years ago? He was very good and a similar player to Stemler and ended up at DII Truman State. Stemler belongs at a place like that.

          Yeah I remember that kid he's my best friend Scott Coykendall. We used to talk all the time about why he never played D-1 ball. The only offer was from Elon. He even e-mailed BU and asked them to recruit him, but they never did. He was tough and he's an animal now. Great Guy and a Very Good friend!

            Yea, Scott. He was a great kid and a very good student. I taught for a short time at Spoon River College (not there now)and he was a student of mine in Accounting and Bus. Law. I hope he is doing well. He was an outstanding person when I knew him.
