2nd quarter final game, Teutopolis has defeated previously unbeaten Nashville 43-38.
Farmington plays at 6:30PM

Purdue nips Iowa, & Kansas State kicking Bobby Knight's butt, 64-43 with only 3 minutes to go.

In the evening games,
Farmington beat Brown County in a close game, and
Putnam Co. got beat by Chicago North Lawndale, with Chicago North Lawndale outscoring Putnam Co. 23-3 in the final period.
SIU recruit Carlton Fay had 17 points, 18 rebounds.

And in Class AA...

Richwoods beat Washington 73-69.

AND again...as they have for the past several years (in fact as they have for 32 consecutive years since 1975) Bloomington High School FAILS to advance past their Sectional.
In fact Bloomington has only two Sectional titles since 1930, and only one state appearance since 1930.


Bloomington got beat by Lincoln 50-49.
Considering all the talent that comes out of Bloomington, is this a coaching problem?

At 10 AM Saturday the regional semi's in the Indiana high school playoffs pit Eric Gordon's North Central
against ex-Bradley Braves' star Billy Wright's Indianapolis Pike.
