MVC 5th in RPI

The MVC has moved up to 5th in conference rpi. I just wonder what will happen when the other conferences play their tournements? Any thoughts?

Seems like a bit of a catch-22... If the bad teams beat up the good teams it'll improve our relative RPI, but also get some teams that aren't tourney bound onto the NCAA bubble.

I don't see how it can help us. We're done for a week, while the conference tournaments with the teams we are "competing with" for high conference RPI are still to come.

RPI's will likely all drop a bit this week. BU will probably finish in the 45-50 range.

I agree and the MVC will probably finish 7th.

The other conferences will start to rack up more losses. The top teams will get those W's, whereas the teams in the middle will start to lose some games and drop. The MVC RPI (conference) and individual teams will start to go up (up=good).
