I don't deny Memphis has better athletes, and depth. But Bradley does have more going for them than a 7 footer and a bunch of poor shooting, small wing players and guards who can't get their shots off. I hope the team has a similar minimal regard for Bradley.
Its an intangible thing with this team you have to see...we're a very wierd team. I don't mean that in bad way. We have undersized players who are stangely athletic. We have a 6-7 leading scorer built for post play but prefers to shoot fadaway 3's from the corner. We have two small guards who aren't great shooters...especially beyond the arc. Its just a hard team to describe because I've seen them in person and TV many many times this year and I have a hard time describing us.
I'll tell you what's key though...our defense. Its been great. Intense. Excellent rebounding for the most part.
We'll need defense, some hot shooting (like against Kansas) and some luck. I hope for a great game. I expect one actually.

MSU can put up points real quick through their full court press. They remind me of KU except they have more size 2-4 and are a bit quicker. I'm sure JL is working on our inbound game and beating their press. If BU can slow the game up by only a bit (we are more athletic and quicker then Bucknel) we can then grind it out in the 1/2 court and have a good chance of pulling the upset. We will win if we can keep the game in the 60s they will win if it gets to the 80s."Educate and inform the whole mass of the people...they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty."

I don't think anyone is over-confident here. I think we will do what we've done since we've been in the tourney. Take each team for what they are and execute a game plan accordingly.
This game will come down to defense and rebounding like most NCAA tourney games.
