        Yes. He led them to the Sweet 16 in 1999 and left for Iowa. Barry Hinson is his successor....

            I do not believe so. I believe, if I'm not mistaken, he coached Division III Manchester (IN) College before being hired at SMS.

              Correct sir.

              He started at South Knox High School.

              In 1992, he began his head coaching job at Manchester. They won National Titles in 94 and 95.

              Alford was at Missouri St from the 95-96 season til 99.

                  He did however PLAY for Bobby Knight, Led them to at least the final four I think...
