Uhhhh....Creighton about ready to choke this game away and send the Valley back to seventh place in the RPI.

CU trails 53-46 with 5 and change to go.

Come on guys! Regain your composure!

Thank god Bradley and SIU held up their end of the deal, or this would have been a complete disaster for the Valley today!

the illinois schools go 3-0 today, clearly we have to carry this conference on our back.

The thing I noticed about the Creighton game was the officials did not give Dana Altman all the calls as the valley officials seem to do; if it wasn"t for the bad technical foul called on the Drexel coach for yelling at his own team the game would have been over sooner.

Appalachian St has a good record, not sure whom they have played, still one wouldn't expect the Shockers to lose at home.

Introducing Appalachian State, for those who don't know...

Leaders in the Southern Conference, Appalachian State is 21-6, and has won at VCU, against Virginia (T-1st in ACC), and against Vanderbilt (who beat Florida last night.)

On the other hand, they lost to Wake Forest, by 32 to Va. Tech, and by 30 to Clemson.

The Wichita win last night was huge for App. State last night...
People need to recognize there is a huge difference between playing hard, and playing well...
