I agree Big Mike. Enjoyed seeing the Jimmy to Hersey replay in Dayton. I remember when Jim was hired he told his players if they didn't hustle for him they would go back to wearing the uniforms they were wearing then. It worked.
that would definatally inspire me in the opposite way
RICHMOND, Va. ? Junior guard Jeremy Crouch drained 6-of-9 3-point shots en route to a game-high 22 points and junior point guard Daniel Ruffin added 19 points and six assists, leading Bradley (19-10) to a 73-64 win at Colonial Athletic Association leader VCU (22-6) Saturday night in the O'Reilly ESPNU BracketBusters.Bradley shot an even 50 percent (24-48) from the field and outrebounded the Rams, 35-29, to earn its third win against a conference leader this season.? The Braves downed current Horizon League leader Wright State, 88-49, Dec. 5 and Missouri Valley Conference leader Southern Illinois, 48-46, Jan. 10.? Mirroring the team's strong finish last season, the Braves now have won three straight overall and will close the regular season with home games Tuesday against Northern Iowa and Saturday against Indiana State.
I guess this means Dave Reynolds missed another PJS pick by again picking the Braves to lose this game! This late in the season you just have to go with your team!
Yea....if Dave Reynolds simply picked Bradley in every game, he'd be 19-10, better than the 18-11 he has now.
And if he just blindly selected BU to win every home game and lose every road game he'd have been 19-10.
I loved their message board....."someone guard that Jason Priestly looking guy"......
NICE game jas..uh er Jeremy.
Yeah, I noticed that too. SIU fans called him Harry Potter! Is Jeremy a theater major? He's well on his way to stardom ! One statistic that proved key in last night's game was free throw shooting. While not great for Bradley (14 of 21), we still outscored VCU from the line 14-3. Crazy that we only surrendered 8 free throw attempts on the road!

I think that is a great example of how different things are and always have been called in the MVC. The officiating in the MVC is a joke. Every little touch is a foul, and the refs try to keep the foul counts even, so Bradley, which is nowhere near the most physical team in the Valley, gets a ton of those ticky-tack calls just to keep the foul numbers even.
It's not a coincidence that when they play out of conference, they suddenly don't foul nearly as much!
