I wouldn't book that one yet. Butler is only down 6 with 8 to play, and look to be getting their legs back under them.
    Onward and Upward!

On a side note, was that Plump(the fat guy) that replayed the 'great shot' at the beginning of the show? Is he one of the announcers?

        Cause I cant stand him.

SIU shows why they are the best in the MVC, big win at a hard place to win at. Hopefully this gets them at least a 4 seed and can hope for a 3 seed.

Now lets get some big wins from UNI, BU, and Creighton

I had a chance to go to the Butler/SIU game. An absolutely electric atmosphere, and Hinkle Fieldhouse was completely sold out with probably close to a thousand fans standing (including me!). SIU fans traveled very well and were quite loud at times. Not only was this a road win over a ranked team, this win broke up Butler's 22-game home winning streak as well. Say what you want about SIU's style of play or the legality of it, but they are tough and resiliant. I really don't want to play them if possible because we could get killed on the boards.

Da Coach, yes, I've never seen anyone take 2 dribbles and get a shot off in 0.4 seconds. 0.3 leaves time for a catch and shoot, right? I guess the additional 0.1 allows for up to 2 dribbles .

Interesting to note (even with the losses of some of our Valley brethren).

The only other conference to have all of its teams with an RPI under 150 is the SEC.

                  Go Valley...GO BRAVES GO!
'Tis far better to have failed at Bradley than to have graduated from Illinois State!
