This is a huge boost for us. Boy, I didn't think Wright State was that good, but it is a conference game. Man, this result shocks me. After looking at them. I just realized that Wright State has won 14 out of their last 16 games! No wonder our RPI is staying respectable. This team is 19-8 and leading their conference. Maybe this has been reported here and i just skipped over it, but this really surprises me. Oh well GO BU!

Here is a bit of a downer for Bradley. VCU was spanked pretty good by Old Dominion 79-63.

But, VCU's RPI stays pretty good at 44--

I still say a win at VCU could do wonders for us, it could at least open the door.

Wright St's win is nice, but it did virtually nothing for us numbers-wise. At this point in the year, the only ones that can really help us is us.
          Onward and Upward!

Patrick, this goes to show that some of the self appointed gurus who ripped into Bradley saying Wright State was weak need to fax an apology to Ken Kavanagh.
But then those same people called DePaul and just about every other game on our schedule a weak one.
Sorry, but BU's SOS is still op 20.

Currently (as of 2-11), Bradley's OVERALL SOS is 22. Non-Conference SOS is 53.

B.U. needs to get 1 road win this week and win our 2 remaining home games to get to 20 wins;this will get us a postseason berth.

Postseason is just about a guaranteed lock right now.

JPalm has BU with a projected RPI of 38 with a 19-11 record. This does not count games in question - so the Conference tourney is not precicted. I am guessing, the RPI predicts we win at EU and lose at VCU coupled with wins at home over UNI and Indy St.

So... with losses on the road and wins at home... I would guess we would fall somewhere in the low 40's in the RPI. Then if we were to lose in the 1st round of the MVC Tourney, we would (by my guesstimate) finish in the hi 40's to low 50's in the RPI.

Hi 40's to low 50's, IMO, is a LOCK for the NIT.

Frankly... we could lose out and finish in the 60's in the RPI and still be a bubble for the NIT (as a 6-8 seed).
