  • Brandon Lee story

There was a nice article about former Central and current ICC player Brandon Lee in today's Journal Star. Here is the link for the out-of-towners.

    Rising from the ashes--

I hope things turn out OK for Brandon. He seems like a great kid who made some terrible choices and is trying to atone for them.

Is it me or does the online article just kind of end midsentence?

I noticed that it ended very quickly. I think they didn't get the whole story into the website.

This happens on occasion to stories on the PJStar. If you want a detailed explanation of why, I can help you with some info on that one. Just PM me.

Lee's the guy who was affectionately nicknamed "Mr. Facilities" since he wouldn't go to BU because of our on-campus facilities, right?

No, that is Western Kentucky guard Courtney Lee.

I read the article from the paper, so I didn't notice that. But you are right, there is a lot more to the article and the online version ends abruptly very early in the story. I hope they correct that.

Nice Article. Sounds like Brandon is moving in the right direction.
I've seen ICC play alot this year, and was puzzled to how "lost" B Lee looked on the floor, I mean, he was a shell of his former self. I knew about his trouble at Northwestern, but had no idea what all he has been doing since being home, or the fact that he hadn't played Basketball for 7 months! I'm glad he is doing well both on and off the basketball floor.
