Duke misses 3 point blank shots in the final 4 seconds
even tho the refs let 'em get away with murder going for the rebound!

      DUKE LOSES,
      Florida State 68
      Duke 67

DUKE is now 5-4 in the ACC, having already played the easiest part of their schedule.
They've played the majority of their games at home and have yet to play UNC and still have to face every winning team in the league on the road.

Yeah, I was watching the FSU @ Duke game myself. It was awesome. I watched the beginning when FSU was down by like 17 pts. Turned it off and returned late in the 1st half to discover FSU had crawled back to within a few pts. That was an amazing comeback to win at Duke for FSU.

IlliBrave, maybe you can appreciate this...

I root for both teams... BOTH the Bears and Colts.

(just like I root for BOTH the Cubs and Cards)

I see no reason why I and others can't root for 2 teams.

MM, it is against the rules of fandom to root for both the Cards and Cubs. Choose a side.

For MLB, I root for two teams (Cubs and Cards)... just like in College Hoops there are fans out there (not me) who root for two teams (Braves and Illini).

                  Go Bradley!
                  Go Bears - Go Colts.

Btw, congrats go to the Bears for a great season. Yes Grossman did not have a great game, but those who want to run him out of town should take a step back and see what a great job he did to get them to the Super Bowl. For those who don't think he should be back, remember this: for all intents and purposes, HE WAS A ROOKIE THIS YEAR! He probably is ahead of where Farve and Aikman where after their first years.

I'd give him another season to see how much he improves. And yes, there should be a competition during the preseason with Griese to see who should start next year. The Bears should not just annoint a quarterback without a competition. But to suggest that Grossman should not get the chance to build upon this year is pretty cold after what he did to get us where we got. Yes, he has to not unravel when he has bad starts. But I think that will come with experience. Otherwise a great season, with an NFC Championship trophy to boot. I would say that is not too shabby!
