  • Missouri Valley Conference - A Century of Sports

I got my copy of this awesome hardcover book, officially released by the MVC in association with their 100th year anniversary.

Quite prominently pictured on the cover are several BU players/coaches,
Dick Versace, Hersey Hawkins, Joe Stowell, and the stories and pics are great.
By virtue of Bradley's long history in the Valley and the great players we've had, there's actually, I think, an almost disproportionate amount of BU-coverage, right up to BU's Sweet Sixteen last year!
They are $35 and are available at the BU ticket office in the Fieldhouse lobby.

I will agree. It was a much sharper piece than I expected, and I was surprised how many pages the Bradley section used up. By contrast, there is hardly anything about the MSU men's program...

I got mine for Christmas. It is well done and I would recommend it to any MVC fan.

I have ordered the Bradley book and it should be sent out in March to the people who placed early orders. But I have talked to someone who saw a prototype of it and they said it was fantastic.
I also heard the number of preorders was higher than anticipated and they may plan to publish more than originally planned. If anyone knows more, let us know.

I'll let you know when I get mine.

I believe I also saw the MVC book for sale at Carver last week.

I have seen that Borders has the MVC book in both its local and sports sections. They will also be carrying the Bradley book when it is released publicly in March.

There is also a large number of special edition Bears items that has been released the last couple weeks that can be found there as well.
