Dilli was the only really effective player last night, he's in way better shape than some of the guys and wasn't huffing and puffing like Slack and Dyer, yet he logs only 23 minutes, and outfoxed Matt Salley several times.
Add to that, the two BU post defenders were trying like he!! to avoid fouls and let Dilli drive by them, yet he still sat during long stretches as BU pulled away? Why?Comment

All I can say is that Moser has made several questionable decisions when it comes to player rotations and substitution patterns. This appears to be another one. To my knowledge Dilly's foot is no longer a major issue, so I don't know.
Hard for me to tell from just listening to the game. Total mismatch, from the tipoff.
BU played with energy, the Birds did not except tiny spurts when prodded by the coach.
I especially liked the way BU switched time and time again from zone to man, even back and forth alternate possessions.
This is evidence of fine coaching and teamwork.
Ruffin's only turnover was a really fine pass into the lane that would have been a dunk had Dilligard not inadvertently stuck his hand out and deflected it.Comment
