The ISU ... is that Indiana State or Illinois State? I bet I can guess.

good thing Wichita is gone - their GSR score is also in the 60's and would be battling for the worst in the MVC

The NCAA released their academic penalties for 2018-19:
In 2019-20, eight teams will be ineligible for the postseason due to their low Academic Progress Rates, down from 17 teams last year.

There are 8 Division I sports teams that will be ineligible for postseason play due to poor APR graduation rates, compared to 17 last year. Only 1 is a men's basketball team, the University of Detroit Mercy (Horizon League). There were other teams that had lower level penalties.

NCAA will soon post their full yearly APR data, but today, they released their lists for the yearly Public Recognition Award, which recognizes the top 10% of team sports programs.
And again, Bradley men's basketball excels.
The Bradley men's basketball team is one of only 51 Division I schools, and the only MVC team, to receive the Public Recognition Award for outstanding academics.

Bradley noted near the bottom of column 2-

Full multi-year APRs for all Division I sports teams, including the teams receiving public recognition awards, will be announced Tuesday, May 19.
That announcement will also include penalties for low-performing teams, teams subject to postseason ineligibility and head coach APRs.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

NCAA released schools with prograns that did not meet minimum APR requirements and are ineligible for postseason play-
                      https://www.saturdaydownsouth.com/se...le-division-1/

According to the NCAA, the following sports programs have failed to make the minimum requirements and will be banned from postseason play for the upcoming season:
                      • Alabama A&M: men’s basketball, men’s track and field, women’s soccer
                      • Alabama State: men’s basketball
                      • Coppin State: women’s track and field
                      • Delaware State: men’s basketball
                      • Grambling State: men’s track and field
                      • Howard: football
                      • McNeese State: football
                      • Prairie View A&M: football
                      • Southern: men’s cross country, men’s track and field
                      • Stephen F. Austin: baseball, football, men’s basketball
The surprise there is Stephen F. Austin, a state school in Texas with historically decent academics, yet they had 3 programs that failed to meet minimum academic requirements.
