Bradley's next game is another campus game in the Cancun Challenge.
Opponent: Jacksonville State of the Ohio Valley Conference. The school is located in Jacksonville, Alabama.
Note that their official team colors are the same as Bradley's- Red & White. However, they have 2 different road uniforms- predominantly red and predominantly black, and they have worn the black road uniforms for most of their road games last couple seasons-

JSU lost only 2 seniors from last year's 23-win team, but one of them was leading scorer Malcolm Drumwright (13.1 ppg). But they return about 70% of their scoring and about 75% of their rebounding from last year's team.
Their leading returning scorer is 6'7" senior forward Jason Burnell who averaged 11.2 ppg and 6.0 rpg. He was also their leading scorer and rebounder in their only game so far with 16 points and 8 rebounds. They were an average 3-point shooting team last season (32.5%) and appear to be so this year. They were 4-13 from three against Samford.
Their 2016-17 team in Ray Harper's first season as head coach won the OVC Championship (as the 4th seed), and played in the NCAA Tournament for the first time. They lost in the first round to Louisville.
They won the NCAA Division II National Championship in 1985.
They joined Division I in 1995.

One other interesting note- their head coach for 2 seasons in 1998-99 and 1999-2000 was Mark Turgeon in his first head coaching job. He left after the 1999-2000 season to become the head coach at Wichita State in the MVC.
