I wanted to put this out for everyone's information. The annual Braves Club Auction - Bids for the Braves - is happening at the Coliseum on October 27 at 5 pm. Tickets are $100 each or you and your closest 9 friends can go for $1000.
New this year is that if you are not able to attend in person you can buy a 'ticket' to mobile bid on the silent auction for $25. This gives you access to bid on Bradley Athletics experiences, Bradley memorabilia, and other great items. It is an opportunity for out of towners to get in on the action.
There are a ton of cool things in the auction - vacations, experiences, etc. But there are some really cool things for Bradley diehards.
Honorary coach for the mens basketball games vs. Loyola and ISU.
Steak cook out with you and friends at Brian and Lecia Wardle's home.
9 and dine at Mt. Hawley with Lecia and Brian Wardle.
Travel with the team on the private charter plane to Missouri State.
Kids "honorary" cheerleader for a game.
Experiences from all 13 of the teams and experiences in and around Bradley Athletics.
There is also an adult fantasy camp with the mens basketball staff. You can relive (or pretend you had) your glory days. It is a day long experience going through actual drills, breaking down game tape from BU games, have lunch, scrimmage, and get a behind the scenes look at the facilities and process. Last year guys from mid 20s to early 60s participated and had a great time.
There is a similar event for the ladies this year. A women's evening of wine, appetizers, and behind the scenes talks with the coaching staff and their wives at the RC. Coach and Lecia will talk basketball, life, and all sorts of things.
All the details is or will be posted on the following links. Any questions that can't be answered there direct to 309-677-2667 or email at BravesClub@Bradley.edu.
