Is it just me or are the BU Crowds getting better.......not just in the attendance #'s but as to lifting the team and getting to the opponents during play? The last couple of crowds.....and yes they were large in #.......seemed to respond like the old NIT crowds when every posession meant something.....also noticed the band volume turned back up! It really helps out when the band has some volume to iset a tone for the crowd! The band IMO is what gives the games a college atmosphere! But anyway....the crowds seem to get better as the season goes along and I would expect nothing less come Wed night against isu! Look for another sell-out and another HOME VICTORY!

BU Crowds?

Yea I have noticed that also. When we get the normal Bradley Band back on Wednesday, and not the Band & Friends or whatever they called it, I feel like it will be even louder in there! I'm not saying that group did a bad job, in fact they did exceptionally well, but the way the students come out and support the team this year is unreal. I know of a couple kids who came back into the dorms (when they weren't suppose to) just to come to the game. And I believe that they ended up getting kicked out by the staff... Now that's what I would call a proud BU fan!!!
We were in WSU's player's heads all night!!! I lost my voice yelling at them. I thought it was helarious when we were yelling at Mrs. Wilson (who sat right behind WSU's bench) and she just looked over to us, smiled and waved. haha But you could tell by WSU's body language they did not like that place (Carver).
But again great game, great turn out and great support! Let's have another big game this Wed.!!!! Go Braves!"I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen."

I also thought it awesome that the band played the Imperial March right at the end of the first half. For whatever reason our band never sees to play it, but I love hearing it at basketball games when the team's on a tear.

BU crowd STILL plays to the game..IOW when we are hot like the first half its nuts. Got scared during the WSU comeback and we sat on our hands a bit too much.
Overall though it was great. BU could still do some things to keep it going though. Thank goodness they stopped the Dry cleaning debacle...YIKES.
We need some new gimmicks during timeouts though. Whatever happened to the Pizza delivery run up to the top.....
More band.......and a B...........U chant matching up one side of the arena vs the other side.
Think they have stopped the commercials also correct? I also would like to see a new intro as far as the video goes....its served its purpose and most have seen it. Its also a bit long IMO. Its NOT bad though and I like what they have done.

The attendance was great and the crowd was alive which is how it should be as it really energizes the team; there was a lot of fans in red but still some showed up in other colors like the ones that sat one row in front of us and left with 5 min. to go in the game; they really acted like they could care less about basketball ; probably got free tickets from some corp. sponsor as different people sit in those seats every game.
