  • Postgame- BU 78 WSU 63

Great game by everyone. Danny Adams made up for an off game at Creighton. Zach was unstoppable. And Daniel Ruffin is incredible to watch-- he is clearly head-and-shoulders above any other point guard in the Valley. WSU could not keep up with the Braves. All night, their players were begging to come out for a rest.
    Great coaching job, too.

    Box score--

    Attendance 11,080

Great game, great attendance, and great atmosphere...

Only 1 and a half games out of first in the valley.

I tried to get all to post in the Sticky DC for the postgame - and you veer off the beaten path.

I think we can move it down to 7th on Wednesday.

Did not see Ray Brown on the bench tonight. Did I miss him?

            Any recruits at the game?

I didn't hear any other scores from the Valley during the game. Is it possible to scroll the other scores across the bottom of the message board periodically?

Sorry MM. Some people don't know how to go directly to the last posts, so when the other thread is so long, I thought I'd start a new one for simplicity.

Haha - actually... I had a thread titled basically 'post in such and such thread instead of having 2 threads'.... as things gravitated to it, I deleted my thread, and THEN YOU came along.

Just having fun with you. Wish I coulda been at the game.

Anyone pick up an extra 'megaphone' they were giving away I can have?

                    Thanks Mike.

I should have said "message board at the arena" so we can keep up on the other games while cheering for BU.

Just got home from a great victory celebration.

What a fun game. BU took care of business, and it's looking better for staying out of Thursday play-in. Gotta keep winning, though.

For anyone who hasn't noticed, this is an extraordinarily well coached team. The defense is great, even though it wouldn't seem so by the points they allow. And the offensive plays seem to nearly always get good, high percentage shots. What I wouldn't have given to have that kind of efficient offense during the last coach's regime (that was not a knock on Mo, but just a widely held opinion).
Did anyone notice Mo's team only scored 40 points against Northwestern?

I have an extra one I'll bring you next game. But you have to promise to share it with your little cheerleader, and not hog it all for yourself.
