Potential Cancun opponent Penn State with a major player arrest

Penn State's Mike Watkins - their 2nd leading returning scorer with 12.1 ppg and their leading rebounder at 8.9 rpg

..was arrested over the weekend with drug paraphernalia and live ammunition in his possession...
this is the THIRD arrest for Watkins in the last two years at Penn State! (RENEGADE!!!!)

This should not surprise anyone! He is part of one of the Corrupt conferences where they overlook everything: Hookers, payoffs, cheating on grades, etc. Sad!!! College basketball is self-destructing and the NCAA is allowing it to happen. So sad!!
