IBCA All Star Games are today

12 noon - small school girls (Class 1A & 2A)
2pm - large school girls (Class 3A & 4A)
4pm - small school boys
6pm - large school boys

a couple former BU recruits are playing & SIU commit Darius Beane
I don't recall ever seeing the IBCA All Star games so deficient in players form Central IL
In 3-4A, there are no Peoria kids and extremely few area players ... one from Washington (Adrian Ware) and one kid from Lincoln.
In 1-2A a couple kids from Bloomington Central Catholic, Bushnell-PC & Wethersfield but the rest are from out of the area..
In the 3-4A Girls, Morton, Dunlap & Richwoods are represented.

this used to be a very big deal....games were near sellouts --
the year Sam Maniscalco & Evan Turner played, it was incredibly exciting and top notch, high-major talent
...but even in the large-school boys game, I recognize only a few names...

I think there are 2 kids from Colfax-Ridgeview which is in McLean county playing for the 1A North.

sad that even the Pantagraph completely ignored this event except for this - a grand total of four short sentences on one of the girls' games....and not a word on either of the boys' games
