A lawsuit - naming Bradley University as a defendant...

has landed in the court of the Honorable Judge Joe B. McDade.
They are appealing & asking the Judge McDade recuse himself because of his "love affair" with Bradley University...but thus far, denied..

The lawsuit was initially filed in June, 2016 and appears to have been dismissed last year due to the plaintiff failing to make his case. And now his appeal based on his claim that Judge McDade should have recused himself was also just denied by a Federal 3-judge panel of the 7th Circuit in Chicago.
