Upcoming chat session with Coach Wardle

We are working to schedule another "Chat Session" with the Bradley Head Coach.

Bradley Head Coach Wardle approached us and asked if he could do another chat session with the great Bradley fans. His schedule is very busy, so we do not yet have the final details of when this will happen. We will be able to ask any question about this year's team, their summer plans & workouts, next year's team, schedule, foreign tour, etc. As always, he will not be able to answer questions about specific recruits, but can answer general recruiting questions. This should be great fun!

I have a few questions for the Coach compiled so far, but we need fans to provide more questions. You will be able to join the chat session (we will be posting date and time info soon) and ask questions directly to the Coach, or you will be encouraged to submit questions in advance.

I would also like to ask fans to post questions here or send them to me by Private Message.

This is great - we have gotten so little news or coverage over the past 2 1/2 months since the season ended..

the only thing mentioned about Bradley basketball in the local press in the last month was a May 3 mention that Bradley hosts New Mexico
in the MVC/MWC Challenge - but we had that news here in Bradleyfans two full weeks before that!

Because the coaches are very busy leading up to and including the month of June with their camps, vacations, and other things, it is looking like the chat session may happen later in June or in July.
That later date might have a few advantages compared to a chat session now. We will know more about the 2018-19 schedule. We'll know more about the scholarship situation, the status of Ari Boya, which players are enrolled for the summer, if there will be any other players not enrolling or returning, and whether there could be another 2018 player added. Also, we will be able to get some reports on the players from their summer workouts. Stay tuned.

As some might have noticed, we have not done a chat session with Coach Wardle yet, as we had announced. We tried to schedule it for some time in June or July. However, the coaches have been extremely busy the past couple months with recruiting, with summer camps, with vacations, overseeing the summer workouts, the extra coaching sessions and preparing for the upcoming travel to Europe. Plus, I have been out of town on vacations for several weeks during these last couple months, so we haven't been able to get this done.

I had a chance to talk with the coaching staff today, and with Bradley's Assistant Director of Athletic Communications who we've been working with to try to schedule the chat session. Coach Wardle still wants to do it, so we hope we can get it planned after they return from their trip to England and The Netherlands.
