schools can still offer and land recruits and fill scholarships, but they cannot ask the recruit to sign a binding letter of intent, so they could still easily change their minds...
The best I can tell, here's who still have scholarships for 2018...
Bradley has two, one of which is being held for Ari Boya
Drake has 2 or 3 left
Evansville also appears to still have 2 or 3
Illinois State has none and may be oversigned - expect someone else to be leaving
Indiana State has one left
Loyola appears to still have one left
Missouri State may still have one left
UNI has one left
SIU does not appear to have any and may be oversigned so someone could still be leaving
