seems nobody so far thinks Wichita State will be anywhere near the top...

Here is ESPN's version of the Top 25 for 2018-19. They have a little more respect for mid-majors, including Loyola, who they have at #17-

I wonder if the Mid Major rankings were done before or after Bradleys signings of Ari Boya and Ja'Shon Henry?

Hard to know for sure, but I'd wonder how much they'd be affected by newcomers...
All four contributors posted their pre-season ranking on Twitter between June 1 - June 3.
Bradley announced Boya on June 1 and Henry on June 2, but no way to know if those guys keep up enough for the news to have affected their rankings right away...
so I would have to think they made their assessments based largely on what Bradley has coming back..
