Xavier waiting to interview Porter Moser?

Xavier needs a new head coach now that Chris Mack left for Louisville...

Sun Times' Rick Telander has a column this morning speculating about Porter Moser to Xavier....
..as does the Cincinnati.com sports site - LINK

....after all, how many small school coaches, who have had their ups and downs in the business...
.. pass up the narrow opportunity to jump and coach at the highest level and for a couple million dollars per year?

The fact that Xavier Associate Head Coach Travis Steele pulled his name out of several coaching searches, including Evansville's, might suggest that he is the frontrunner to replace Chris Mack.

And it seems the only reason the writer of that article suggested Porter Moser's name is because of the Jesuit school connection. That's hardly reason enough to hire the guy.
