why? He's committing out of juco just like lots of other kids...Luqman Lundy had a signing ceremony and

Danya Kingsby had such a ceremony and announcment even tho he'd been at 2 schools before

I definitely didn't know Kingsby and Lundy had such ceremonies. Maybe its more common than I thought. Strikes me as strange that kids do these kinds of things whether top 10 kids or juco transfers.

It was virtually unheard of to hold public signing/commitment ceremonies until the last 10-15 years, except for the top national players. But now it has become common for many kids who commit to D1, and even a lot of D2, D3, and juco commits to have public signing ceremonies.
